My name is Neil and this is my ‘foody’ (food-bearing) food photo blog – a bit of a mouthful I know, like some of my dishes. I can’t think of anything better to do than creating interesting recipes from freshly sourced ingredients – well I can, but that’s another thing entirely.
My hope, with this blog, is to inspire new ‘foodies’ by sharing some of my recipes and images.
